Chers Parents d’élèves,
J’ai le plaisir de vous annoncer que suite à des décisions prises par Le Conseil d’Etablissement et le Comité de Gestion un nouveau service de repas sera mis en place à partir du 03 janvier 2005.
En effet toujours soucieux de la qualité des prestations offertes par l’école et très concernés par la santé de vos enfants nous avions engagé une réflexion sur la restauration à l’école car il s’avère nécessaire que les enfants aient accès à des repas équilibrés et diversifiés.
C’est pourquoi nous vous proposons cette nouvelle formule sans éliminer les autres formules déjà existantes en vous rappelant que le choix reste de la responsabilité des parents et qu’il s’agit plus d’un accueil que d’un véritable service de cantine. En revanche nous déconseillons fortement aux familles, pour des raisons d’hygiène et de sécurité, de laisser les enfants se faire livrer des repas provenant de restaurants avec lesquels nous n’avons aucun contact.
La nouvelle formule proposée par M. Raymond Wasser de la compagnie « Bon Appétit » est la suivante :
- un plat chaud et un dessert, différents chaque jour (voir menus ci-joints) veg ou non-veg.
- Ces repas seront servis dans des assiettes avec des couverts.
- Vous pouvez acheter des tickets (verts : veg et rouges : non-veg) au bureau de la comptabilité (carnet de 10 tickets « Bon appétit » : 1000 INR).
- Les commandes se font jusqu’au mercredi pour toute la semaine suivante, en déposant vos tickets dans la boite prévue à cet effet
En ce qui concerne les boissons, pour des raisons d’hygiène, nous ne saurions que trop conseiller l’utilisation de gourdes individuelles que les enfants peuvent remplir aux aquaguards de l’école.
Les premières commandes sont à effectuer avant le 15 décembre.
En espérant que ces dispositions apporteront une amélioration au dispositif actuel.

Dear parents,
I have the pleasure to inform you that following the decisions taken by the “Conseil d’Etablissement” and the “Comité de Gestion”, a new catering service will take place from the 3rd of January 2005.
Always being considerate about the services and the quality of the food in the school and being concerned about the health of your children we have thought upon catering food services in the school premises. Whereas it seems necessary that the children should have good assorted and balanced meal.
In this regard we are offering you this new formula without removing the existing choices. We would also like to remind you that it is still under parents responsibility to make the choices and it is more of an adjustment for the parents than a catering. On the other hand we would also like to advise the families for the hygenic and security reasons as not to have delivered food other than schools contract dealers.
The new formula offered by Mr. Raymond Wasser of the company <<>> is as follows :
- A hot meal and a desert every day (refer to menu attached) veg or non-veg.
- These food will be served in plates.
- You can buy tickets (green- veg and red-non-veg) at the accountants office (booklet containing 10 tickets <<>> : 1000Rs)
- The orders will be taken till wednesday for the following week, by putting your tickets in the box kept at the enterance gate.
Whereas drinks are concerned, for the hygenic reasons, we can only advice you that children should bring their water bottles which they can fill it from the filtered water of the school.
The first order should be placed before the 15th of Dec.
Hoping that these new solutions will be an improvement on the actual food system.
